Dear Mr. Thompson,

Thanks so much for letting me come to that Jujitsu class yesterday, it was awesome. It really is hard to find a martial arts class with the excellent instruction and all around good people that you have there. I can definitely say I'll be a regular as soon as classes start at Carolina this fall. I'll have to check out a Muay Thai class next time I can make it out to Chapel Hill, that and the Brazilian Jujitsu sound like they work well together. Again thank you very much for letting me try your class.

Sincerely,
Grant Hardesty

I want to thank you for allowing me to participate in the beginner and advance BJJ classes. I throughly enjoyed them as well as your expertise. I would like to continue although I am confined financially right now. I am currently a member at the Spa health club and wont be out from under contract until August. Subsequently I will enroll at Millenium and hopefully in the Martial arts program as well. Once again Thanks!

The most essential quality of Greg as an instructor is the possession of abounding energy and enthusiasm. Students invariable reflect his attitude, whether it is enthusiastic or apathetic. As an instructor, he understands that he must have complete mastery of each lesson and subject. Not only must you be able to explain and demonstrate the techniques but also you must know the best methods of presenting and conducting them. As a well-prepared, confident instructor, you will gain respect and cooperation from your students.

He understands human nature. He appreciates each student's physical and mental difference and accepts it for what it is. He believes that the better you understand the students the more successful your instruction will be.

Greg is one who believes in praising his students because he understands that builds self-confidence. That is why when people leave the school they always return or if they attend another school, they compete under the name Team-ROC. When you train with Greg, you will feel like you are part of his family.
