Jiu Jitsu is straight from the tulage of Helio Gracie. This is very important
to us as a unit to make sure that the lineage of our instruction is directly

We feel that the emphasis should be on personal protection and then positioning.
Too many people focus solely on submission and forget that to get the
proper submission you must be in the correct position to ensure that you
are not wasting energy on a submission that will not work for you.
